S. Praphasilp Partnership Limited is the largest manufacturer of TV cabinets and speaker cabinets in Thailand by producing for many top leader brands such as Hitachi, Thanin, Toshiba, and Mitsubishi

S. Praphasilp Partnership Limited started manufacturing Knock-Down furniture, the first one in Thailand

Established brand “Techna” with 6 showrooms and over 200 representatives across the country

Changed the name from S. Praphasilp Partnership Limited to S.P.S. Cooperate Company Limited and moved the factory to Chachoengsao province and received investment promotion from BOI as the first exporter in Thailand

Started business with Ikea, Sweden, exporting to many countries

Started to produce audio speakers sets and shelves for brand “Sony”, selling both domestically and export internationally

Manufactured TV stand under brand “Sony” and produced speaker sets under brand “Pioneer” for export to international markets

On 24 June 2003, the company founded S.P.S. Intertech Co., Ltd.
